ashtanga yoga REALLY...

Thanks for your description of the nauli. I do know enough not

to do it without an instructor. Where I live there is a Hindu

temple here that offers yoga classes. There is vinyasa, but I

don't yet qualify because I haven't been practicing with them

long enough. I don't know enough to say that this ashtanga

yoga, but it certainly sounds like it in the breath. When I can

go through all of the poses for primary then I will probably

travel to Columbus, Ohio to the Ashtanga studio there and spend

two weeks practicing there to see if my stuff is light and

flowing tight !!
