Guest guest
i stay in a small town, the nearest ashtanga yoga classis 50 miles away. i cannot drive and i have no one who can bring me to a class. i have an ashtanga yoga tape by david swenson that i use on a regular basis. my dilemma is what do i do about my practice , i'm reading that i really need to get a teacher , but in my situation now that's not possible. so do i continue with the tapes or just stop my practice altogether. i plan on getting my license soon but then i have to buy a car so what do i do until then? tracy
Guest guest
You're on the right track, Tracy. just keep practicing, keeping the ever-present ego in chack, and trust that all will come. Your intentions are good, and will no doubt be rewarded. It takes a lot to keep at the practice, day in and out, when it's just you- but the rewards are also great... Best, Tina.
