Guest guest
I really rate Lino as a teacher too ... he's such a showman! I love his classes. >From my experience, he runs Kovalam in the same way as he runs Ca La Soure, and as Guruji runs his classes - on a rolling basis with people coming in to class as others leave. Class starts at 4am and finishes at about 10am. From memory, I think the maximum mat capacity at Happy Valley is about 30, but he always has three or four helpers. I never felt that I was being neglected. It is a very friendly community down there, so Don't worry about being on your own/first time in India. Take a copy of Lonely Planet / Rough Guide, always drink bottled water, and you'll be fine! ashtangayoga, "Marika" <mabe61> wrote: > Hello! > > I am travelling to Kovalam in December to participate in Lino Mieles > workshop for a month.Has anyone fo you been there I would really > appreciate your opinions.I have met Lino here in Stockholm in a > workshop so I know he is a very goood teacher, but I am told the group > of students is very big,so do you really get a lot of attention? > Also this is my first time in India,so I am a little anxious(and > exited!)...Is it hard to find a place to stay? > > namaste
