Hi Dorene,

This is a great question _ have thought along the same lines>

I would like to add a related point ? When one is exercising ,

what is the growth pattern of the muscle in terms of stretching..

I was told that the rate of growth follows the natural "S curve" .

Is this true ?

Cheers !

Sam
