Guest guest
Errrrr, thanks very much but it seems to me that everyone seems very uptight about the fact that their way is the only way and that all other ways are bad. I'm not so sure I really want to get involved in something that brings out so much negative feeling towards others again - I used to practice T'ai chi and was fed up with the "our style is much better and truer to the source than all others" attitude and I drifted away from it. My question was simply to find out if there was a good example of a video and book to start learning from and whet my appetite if you like. Obviously if I enjoyed it and found out that it was for me then I would make the time and find the money to get to a class (London, UK!). I didn't think my question would stir up so many conflicting views! Lee
