RE: ashtanga yoga Or would he?

Haven't had the chance to get to NYC this year for the yoga, some health

problems. I can tell you though that David and Sharon were there last

year. David was laying prostrate at PJ's feet right in front of me.

Sounds like that was a wonderful demonstration, sorry I missed it and the

opportunity to practice in NYC.

David & Sharon have not made an appearance at the Puck all

wee- I hear workshops in Switzerland pay much better.... OK,

that was maybe unnecessary!

Margee, you haven't missed the chance to check out NYC- Guruji

will be in town 2 more weeks, and they're accepting drop-ins

($45) every day!!

Tinazym-

Thank you for informing me of that information. Unfortunately, as I said

before, had some health problems and haven't been able to practice in a few

weeks. I know physically, that i wouldn't be up to speed to attend one of

his sessions.

I was thrilled last year to be able to attend and it was the most outrageous

experience ever. I have wonderful photos and I have a great photo with

Guruji hugging me like I was an old lost buddy! Wonderful memories.

I am not actually going to teach my son's basketball team some very mild

asanas to help them limber up (they are 11-12 year olds). What a great way

to introduce yoga to a younger generation ! After hearing me talk about the

benefits for so long, the coach must of have been listening! And, a good

friend of mine who is a high school wrestling coach, will be hiring a former

high school wrestler, who is an avid Ashtanga practicioner (and on tour now

with PJ) to teach his team. Like I have said before, can you imagine a

world where everyone practiced yoga - all aspects!
