HI! lol It's lovely to have a place where everyone is really friendly and eager to share their experiences. I'm pretty new to yoga, I've been interested for a while and have just begun working on the ashtanga vinyasa primary series, which is very nice and very effective i can allready feel. I also do a bit of qigong and reiki which is nice too. I try to follow the Dharma, and yoga is very helpful to me in developing awarness and steadying and balancing the mind. I also find it has a good cleansing effect, although sometimes it makes me a little tired.
