Guest guest
and my principal source of self-esteem and feelings of accomplishment. If this is true than maybe you need to reminded that the "goal" of this spiritual practice is connecting with our atman or divine self. in short it is to form yoga with or "yoke" with god. The reason that ashtanga vinyasa is so powerful is due to the fact that it makes us break usual habits...let the mind wonder, be lazy ect ect ect...So if your natural way to accomplish things is to do them till you make them perfect than iam not sure were ashtanga vinyasa is offering you a new prospective on life? It seems that if you bring that attitude towards you practice your only reinforcing past behavior that has held you back. Maybe iam talking out of turn in offering my advice and i hope you dont get offended cuz it was not meant to critize you, only to offer a new way to look at something. I know cuz i always brought the attitude of "i dont feel like it now" to my yoga practice and nothing changed. It was when i used a very disaplined attitude that was against my nature that i began to yoke with the divine. ) Chris Sorry for the spelling errors as i type it I kan spel rell godd U2 on LAUNCH - Exclusive greatest hits videos http://launch./u2
