need some advice

Hi ,

I have been doing yoga for some six months . I did not have a

healthy body ,so thought yoga might be useful . yes,it is very useful.

Since Iam not able to contact my guru ,I have started doing yoga on

my own .

 

There is pain in the neck (a pinching sensation in the neck ), when I

try to drop my chin towards the chest . There is also a feeling of

strain felt in the brain .

The brain starts to feel heavy and tight.

If someone has any idea abt this ,please advice me .
