Just alot of fluids and rest. Be aware though that if your nasal conditions

lasts for more then 5-7 days, it could turn into a bacterial sinus

infection. This flu strain is tough and it turns from viral to bacterial

very quickly. The residual coughing can last up to 3 weeks if it proceeds

to the chest area.

We are battling it in my family now and it turned to pneumonia for my

husband and a sinus infection for my son. I took the flu shot this year for

the first time and I only had a mild case, thank god!
