Yes, use a cotton mat with your sticky. Start your practice with

the sticky on top, then, as you get hot and sweaty (usually by the

time you get to the seated sequence) turn them over so the cotton is

on top.

There are several advertised on the web, but you can get John

Scott's Shivas Mat (designed with a central line for alignment, like

the central shaft of Shiva's trident) from roger_white75

or through www.shivasmats.com (that last link might be wrong, I have
