cara jepsen told in her article "Lino Miele: Movement into

meditation"

(www.yogachicago.com), that Lino showed in the workshop the proper

exit from vira 2. Does anybody know this proper exit? Lu

I attended Lino's workshop recently and he demonstrated this exit.

It's also on his video by the way.

After Vira 2, he places his right and left palm on the floor

(shoulder-width) about 12 inches in front of his right foot. He then

hops into a handstand with his right leg still bent, pauses and

drops into chataranga from there.

He suggested this as a way to help you work into a full-blown

handstand from Vira 2 and Utkatasan.
