silly work

Sometimes I feel that the most important things of us on earth is to

do his/her practice and meditate. At the same time it looks like

silly

work without joy. What do you think? Lu

silly silly silly indeed, and that is the beauty of it

please don't take your practice seriously or you might lose the point of it,

please don't approach the divine with deference because that's just taking

yourself too seriously, nothing is possible that's the joke of it, a baby

knows this, try explaining reverance to a baby, erm

 

for me yoga and meditation is a tool to open myself up to the love within me

and within all other things so that i can heal myself and become truly

present for the wonder that is life. if i take my yoga too seriously then it

becomes a blockage to my progression as i run down a blind alley

then i'll never be able to touch my toes

 

yoga is a way to purify the body allowing love to flow, not a system for the

will to take iron grip on the beautiful inner child

 

hey look at me preaching like i know anything, i can't even do a handstand

yet, let alone know what it's called, erm

i just wanna say Let the love flow freely!!!
