Miguel-

This is a very good pose for conditioning. It is uncomfortable at first.

Put a small pillow under your butt for leverage and try to sit like that for

a few minutes adding a few more minutes every few days. After awhile you

will be able to sit like that for awhile without any discomfort. Like most

things, it just takes time.
