Guest guest
Does anyone know what I would be doing wrong if when i go into bhujapindasana or kurmasana or any poses where the ribs are sort of caving in versus expanding- and lower floating rib on right side digs into the body causing a sharp pain? Do I need to lift the chest more, is there an adjustment for such a problem? (I think it may be common, or at least not uncommon for women, such as I who have given birth in the space of three years or so are still breastfeeding or have stopped breastfeeding in the last two years???) Any info on why this happens, how to adjust the pose, what to look for would be greatly appreciated for my own sake and people I teach that may have this problem come up.
