In my opinion this is part of the process of removing deep chronic

muscular tension from the body. I think it is good to hold that pose

and "get into" the cramping and kind of let it work its way on out.

This may be looked at as kind of the opposite process of stretching.

There may be many areas where this may come up and it is a normal

thing that just needs to be worked through. Also this symptom of deep

chronic tension is a sign that there is much work to be done in

getting the whole body realligned.

Hi

I am new to the list and i am a lurker. I just wanted to add my 2 cents to

the foot cramping. While sodium is very important please do not overlook

potassium. What i do is i sprinkle morton light salt (66% potassium 33%

sodium) on my food.

Have you got flat feet? My feet are flat and I have epxerienced

terrible pain in certain postures. My physio told me that I need to

strenghten my arches. So now, when I'm waiting for the kettle to

boil I stand on my tip toes. The pain has eased but it is still

there though.
