Guest guest
I would recommend David Swenson or Richard Freeman's ashtanga yoga videos. They are clear and simple videos. I start an ashtanga class on monday, and I haven't really done much yoga at all before. Could anyone give me some tips so I could prepare myself a little for the first class? I've looked up a lot of the asanas and am going to try and try them out before the class so I know what to expect, but I'd love any advice anybody could give. thanks --Slave ashtanga yoga Mail Plus - Powerful. Yeah, my first class was pretty amazing, tho i ended up being late due to traffic! I'm definately going to do the sun salutions every day, they're so energising, and i just got a book and a mat so i can practice properly at home Again, thanks for all the iputs! Guest guest
Just remember that each day you will bring something different to the mat. Just go with it, enjoy it and with practice all will come with time.
