Guest guest
I am going to be in San Fran on business (staying near the Moscone Center) and would love to find early morning Mysore or early morning led near my hotel. Itsyoga does not appear to do anything before noon, so I would apprecite if any one has some ideas/links on a studio to practice downtown. Thank you. Guest guest
If you are an early morning riser, and have access to a car/dont mind a bridge-crossing adventure, you can try 7th Heaven Yoga- they have early morning Mysore practice. Here is their site: www.7thheavenyoga.com The cab ride from SF will be moolah, but you can take BART to MacArthur and take a cab down San Pablo to Ashby to Seventh. You can mapquest it- the address should be on there. That is my input, good luck! Guest guest
If you have a rental car, I would suggest crossing the Golden Gate Bridge to the mysore class at Yoga Studio, Mill Valley taught by John Berlinsky, who is blessed by Guruji. For more info: www.yogastudiomillvalley.com I would choose doing the series in my own hotel room rather than going to Its Yoga. Guest guest
Hi Marian- Would you recommend Open Door Yoga? I will also be going to S.F. in March (i used to live there, before I started practicing Ashtanga). ashtanga yoga, mbussego <no_reply> wrote: > If you have a rental car, I would suggest crossing the Golden Gate > Bridge to the mysore class at Yoga Studio, Mill Valley taught by John > Berlinsky, who is blessed by Guruji.
