ashtanga yoga help needed

Er, Glaucosamine Sulphate was recommended to me by my doctor, who

also practices ashtanga. There have been plenty of studies on it -

perhaps not in the US, but here in Europe it is widely used.

A million pensioners can't be wrong!

And all I can say is, it really works for me. It takes about 2

months to have an effect, but now I have *significantly* more joint

mobility and less creaking and pain.

IMHO, if your body stops producing insulin you take replacement; if

your body stops producing joint lubricant (synovial fluid) and the

cartilige starts degenerating, there are proven replacements you can

take. We have the technology to help when the body starts to show

its age.

(You may not notice joint degeneration until you are over 50, but

then, once they start, they don't improve spontaneously.)

You don't have to take them yourself. The choice is yours. All I'm

saying is it works for me and I'd recommend it to other older people

who want to maintain joint mobility for as long as possible.

Best regards, Annie
