Building up my Ashtanga Yoga Practice

HI,

I have been trying out Ashtanga sporadically for the past couple

of years. I would like to seriously start to practice it, but I am

not sure how to build up my practice.

I took a class last weekend, and my shoulders still hurt. I

think that I really overdid it.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!
