Building strength in Primary Series.

I am aware of the strength that is built from consistently practicing

primary series; but I wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to

possibly build some more lean muscle in the upper body while doing

primary. Possibly modifying some postures to build a chest, and back.

Yoga push-ups during vinyassa?

If you practice consistently, you will develop all the strength you

need. I know this is a given, but there is the best way. Modifying

will not help you at all, just daily practice.
