Guest guest Posted February 26, 2003 Report Share Posted February 26, 2003 hello everyone i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice... i play regularly for a local football team and find that i could do with improving my cardiovascular fitness. i practice a full primary series in the morning but i find that ashtanga does not provide me with the match fitness that i need. i would therefore like to do some additional cardiovascular training but i am concerned that this will be to the detrement of my practice. yoga is a very important part of my life, but i dont think that it should stop me from playing the sports that i enjoy. therefore, does anyone have any advice they can give me regarding CV training for sport while maintaining a strong yoga practice. thanks in advance for all your advice! mike _______________ Stay in touch with MSN Messenger http://messenger.msn.co.uk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
