Guest guest Posted February 28, 2003 Report Share Posted February 28, 2003 I am a beginner in Ashtanga. I have taken some classes, but mostly practice at home at the moment. I'm having a hard time getting the feel of the bandhas (mulabandha & uddiyana bandha). When I try to be aware of them, I think I tense up too much.
