Guest guest Posted March 1, 2003 Report Share Posted March 1, 2003 Isn't savasana main objective is to relax every single muscle of the body. it should relieve the body from any tension. that means releasing all the bandhas. I'm very new to ashtanga yoga but I don't think Guruji meant that we hold moolabandha all the time. But I might be wrong.
