Guest guest Posted March 3, 2003 Report Share Posted March 3, 2003 I am trying to return to my ashtanga practice after about 1 1/2 year of being away from it. It was partly due to depression and partly due to a problem with my right wrist. It seems to be getting stronger (couldn't even do down-dog but can now) but I still can't Chaturanga without significant pain. If I do it on my knuckles I'm fine. Has anyone tried this?
