Guest guest Posted March 5, 2003 Report Share Posted March 5, 2003 Hi everyone, I want to say hello and namaste since this is my first post and am happy to now be a part of this great community. Thank you! My question: I've been practicing yoga for a few months now and have started to experience some lower back pain. The day after yoga practice my lower back becomes stiff and also some pain occurs. I've tried to alleviate this by straightening my back more during practice and putting most of the pressure in my belly/core, but stil I have this experience. Any suggestions?
