Hi ,my name is Damita and I live in NYC and there are a few good ashtanga

yoga studios in the city, my favorite is Thr Prana Studio, but if you live in

NY state, check out yogafinder.com and you can get listings from around the

country!!! my husband is involved in martial arts and he takes Ashtanga yoga

classes with me and said it has helped with his flexibilty and strength!!!
