Guest guest
have you tried using a neti pot? This may help but it may be that you need to change your diet! --- Layne Hedrick <layne wrote: > Hello, > > I have a question regarding downward facing dog. Guest guest
Hi everyone; I'm new here, and new to Ashtanga, but I've been practicing other forms of Hatha on and off (mostly off) for about 15 years. I would guess that you might be mildly allergic to something in your home, especially if you are practicing in a carpeted area. It could be dust mites, they are a common allergy. You might try getting an ionic filter and seeing if that helps. Good luck Kim > I have a question regarding downward facing dog. I have been trying to start my own home practice and have noticed that since switching from the studio to my home my sinuses are becoming more stopped up and it is very hard to breath. This is not exclusive to downward facing dog but I notice it the most in this position. > > Can anyone give me a routine I can do before starting my yoga routine that might help with this situation?
