have you tried using a neti pot? This may help but it

may be that you need to change your diet!

Hi everyone;

 

I'm new here, and new to Ashtanga, but I've been practicing other forms of

Hatha on and off (mostly off) for about 15 years.

 

I would guess that you might be mildly allergic to something in your home,

especially if you are practicing in a carpeted area. It could be dust mites,

they are a common allergy. You might try getting an ionic filter and seeing

if that helps.
