Just started a beguiners course in astanga yoga institute in Helsinki, taking place once a week. But I am still totally out of shape. In result after trying mt first steps in asanas my body, specially back, hurts a litlle, I mean I feel the muscles sore. I would like to receive advices in how to improve, best books, etc, and if its wise to try bymyself at home.
