Sri Swami Satchidanandaji Maharaj, the founder of Integral Yoga who died last

year, left the following thoughts for the world:

“I pray that Universal Love will light our paths. Every day when you pray or

meditate, try repeating: ‘May peace be unto all, may fullness be unto all, may

prosperity be unto all, may happiness be unto all’. When you say this, its not

just words – if you really feel it, visualise it, and make it truly heartfelt,

you will be sending out your message of peace to the world. All prayers bring

benefit, so let us wholeheartedly pray for our world. Spend at least a few

minutes each day in meditation, in prayer and radiate thoughts of peace. These

peaceful minutes will help millions of peaceless minds. Your peaceful

vibrations, even though you might not even realize their effect, will certainly

help many people. You will be helping the whole world, and others in this world,

to find peace and joy in some way or another. Those moments when you feel peace,

have been sent to you from someone else who was radiating peace. You can carry

this joyful, peaceful feeling from meditation all !

through your day and your week, all through your life. With this outlook on

life, the whole world becomes a heaven. Let your actions and thoughts bring out

that cosmic beauty and help build a better world.
