ashtanga yoga question about mysore

I have not practiced in Mysore. But I believe the best place to get basic

info is from the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute web site, www.ayri.org. The

Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute is the official yoga shala of Pattabhi Jois.

There's info on the site about practicing in Mysore. If you want additional

info, you can contact Guruji or Sharath via e-mail at: #235 8th Cross, 3rd

Stage, Gokulam, Mysore 570002, Karnataka, India.

 

Finally, if you go to the Ashtanga message board on the EZBoard site, there's

an entire section called "Mysore" where there's lots of info from people who

have practiced in South India with Jois.

I will start looking.

 

I did go to the web site put no specific information

about schedules and how the system works in general.

Just the monthly fee and the address.

 

I'll post info if I am able to find more details.
