I would love to practice in the morning for optimal yoga buzz enjoyment throughout the day but it makes me way too mellow and tired at work. For me anyway yoga is the antichrist of productivity. This may chage as my practice develops but for now I practice right after work. I also do cardio or pilates in the morning.
