i'm pretty sure that on ayri.org paschima and purva under primary asanas

are mis-translated. paschima is translated as east (it should be west)

and vice versa for purva

another interesting thing to note is that the selection of hand

positions for paschimatanasana at the beginning of the primary series

differs from lino miele's _ashtanga yoga_ book which i thought was

official.

 

in general, i really like what they have done with the ayri.org website.

i especially like the old pictures of the advanced arm balances.
