dear eduardo ,I have a little suggestion, if you have a copy of light on

yoga ,look to page 117 plate 83 ,try to do this posture lolasana ,as many times

as you can a day ,it is when engaged in this posture that you will learn how to

rock the head forward with tail coming up to jump back and when jumping forward

to control the crossed legs as you lift them through the arms, fortunately i

have always been able to do this ,and discovered this is a great way to learn

Sorr Eduardo ,my brain aint to clear today and i got abit ahead of myself,

I suggest if you can get blankets and bolsters ,place them directly in front

for when jumping forward that way if you feel as though you are going to fall

you will be fine once again sorry about that first email,goodluck phil
