Guest guest
I have often heard that some teachers are reluctant touch their students for a variety of reasons, from fear of picking up skin conditions to dislike of skin smells and dislike of other people's sweat. Personally, I think a medium to strong hands-on adjustment, made with confidence and awareness of the student's limitations, is the hallmark of 'my' sort of teacher. But there is an increasing number of 'top' teachers who don't touch their students. And they are perfectly able to communicate with the students without touching them. ashtanga yoga, lu_38_de <no_reply> wrote: > Very interesting to read, that some "big teacher" does not adjust!
