I would really like some information on the transformation process

you undertake (or that undertakes you) when you maintain consistent

practice. I have been practising for about 2 years with the last 12

months Ashtanga only, 3 classes + my own morning practice. I

absolutely love it and can't imagine my life without yoga.

I am really referring to the "inner" changes, eg. attitude, emotions,

feelings, dietary changes that you may go thru.. Any info or

direction towards books etc that may deal with this would be helpful.
