I have been practising for about 2 years with the last 12 months Ashtanga only, 3 classes + my own morning practice. I absolutely love it and can't imagine my life without yoga. I am really referring to the "inner" changes, eg. attitude, emotions, feelings, dietary changes that you may go thru..
