Guest guest
I had a friend who did first and second series while she carried twins! She did nearly a full practice for six months, of course gradually eliminating backbends on the belly (salabasana, bekasana, danurasana)and taking it easy on the twists. After six months or so she began to modify more, using her intuition as her energy level waxed and waned. She amazed us all and gave birth naturally to two healthy boys. Of course every woman is different and one should always exercise caution.........You may have no desire to push yourself that hard and let that be absolutely respected Savasana should be done lying on the side......... --- laurelc68 <cutterlm wrote: > ashtanga yoga, "hkennefick" > <hkennefick> > wrote: > > I have had a 6 day a week practice for the last > few years and am > > wondering how I will have to alter my practice > when I become > > pregnant.
