Guest guest Posted July 30, 2003 Report Share Posted July 30, 2003 hello i am planning on traveling to mysore dec-jan and i am wondering if anyone knows what is the deal w/ the shala. i tried astanga.com and ayri.com and there was no info on dates. i went on the message board, and looked at the mysore forum and noone replied to the question. I intend to be in Mysore in January. If you're there for both December and January, look into Lino Miele's workshop in Kovalam, India. Try this link: http://www.astanga.it/Page9/page9uk.html. From 1st December there is also an evening pranayama and meditation class.
