Guest guest
Hi Jana, There are some videos available of the advanced sequences. Some are old footage of Guruji teaching quite some time ago, advanced A and part of B. You can find these at www.mauiyoga .com There is also a video of Sharath doing advanced A as it is currently being taught in Mysore. This is available though www.yogashala.cl In additon to this David Senson has a demo video of the advanced sequences as he learned them. This is not in the same order as it is now done but it is a well done and very beautiful peice of footage to watch with some of the old time folks on it. Available though www.ashtangayoga.net ashtanga yoga, Jana <jana@s...> wrote: > does anyone know where to get the info on what postures (possibly with > photos) are practiced in the 4th, 5th and 6th series.
