Guest guest
interesting question, but does it really matter?? Answer: I guess both. I would like to see what other postures does Ashtanga yoga incorporates - to see and to practice. do you know the answer to my original question? namaste, jana on 5/8/03 20:50, Annie Gurton at annie wrote: > Are you asking out of pure curiosity, or are you planning to start > working on 4th series+ ?? >
Guest guest
I thought the reason there are no printouts on series 4,5 and 6 is because they are so extreme you should not attempt them by yourself, and they should only be taught directly by your teacher. I watched Karen Haberman do 4th series once. It was stunning. --- flexipianist <no_reply> wrote: > http://ritambhara-yoga.nm.ru/ashtangasets_adv.html > > > > ashtanga yoga, Jana > <jana@s...> wrote: > > does anyone know where to get the info on what > postures (possibly > with > > photos) are practiced in the 4th, 5th and 6th > series.
