Last days I was trying to enter in the ashtanga web page, but it was under construction, so... But if you come back to Spain, in september, you can go to Centro Victoria in Leon to practice ashtanga and few days go to oviedo to practice with Rama, this is nice. At this moment I am resting in my holidays but I am working not in the asanas but in dharana and dhyana with juggling staff. I hope you will learn how to pass from kukutasana to chaturanga dandasana in a flow way as you know. Are you practicing in August? Are you giving lessons in the gym? Tell me more about it.
