Guest guest
At some point I found that Ashtanga Yoga allows one to transcend beyond our conditioned self. Keep practicing with dedication and you will begin to experience things beyond your conditioned self. Don't try to manifest it, things just begin to happen naturally. Let it go, flow and just allow yourself to experience the present moment with no expectations, anticpations, judgement, etc. Yoga is a journey. --- kumar senthil <kumarlen wrote: > Namaste Ashtanga yogis, > I have just started to do Ashtanga yoga > before I was doing Sivananda hatha yoga but within > few > weeks of practice I see a lot difference between > Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga.
