Guest guest
Prima, I read, read, read. I watch videos and do videos when I am trying something new. I try to get to a workshop or convention once a year. But that is mostly for observation, hard to learn to much with 100 other yogis in two hours. But most of all I have a great yoga buddy. She is in the same boat as me, self taught. We trust each other, teach each other and sometimes we laugh hysterically. She has become a good friend on and off the mat.
