Guest guest
The best two videos for pure Ashtanga are (in my humble opinion) John Scott's Ashtanga Yoga and Richard Freeman's Primary Series -both are available via Amazon. Another video that I believe is very helpful, especially for those new to Ashtanga, is "Power Yoga for Every Body" distributed by body wisdom media (www.bodywisdom.com) Even though this video is not "pure" Ashtanga, it contains most of the primary series moves and the narrator (Barbara Benagh)gives very clear instructions. In addition, this DVD has 24 different modes of practice from beginning to advanced, from 20 minutes to 2 hours -so it would be a good fit with your schedule. I hope you find this helpful and best of luck with law school - I am a law school survivor and I believe yoga practice will be extremely helpful to your physical and mental health during the next three years.
