Guest guest
My lower back frequently hurt after practice when I first started. I worried about it a little until I realized (by feeling around on my back) that it was the muscles next to the spine that were painful, not the spine itself. These muscles were getting work they hadn't had before and were sore, just like my hamstrings, quads and deltoids frequently were initially. The soreness went away as my practice became stronger and more regular. C --- asawrt wrote: > > Paul: > > Are you doing all of the finishing postures after > your practice?
