Guest guest
i'm going to a beginners ashtanga class next week. i'm new to yoga in general, but know what i am looking for. i'm looking for all the benfits of yogo (calm, balanced, better sense of self) but want to include fitness in my yoga time. is this type of yoga physically challenging? i run 3-4 times a week now and am looking for an alternative or suppliment to my fitness routine. any info would be great! i know lots of people get really strong from yoga, but i don't know which types. melissa
