Guest guest
I don't believe I actually tore a rotator cuff, but when I had a problem with it, my Gonstead method chiropractor adjusted in a few times a week until it got better. I also backed off quite a bit. Good luck! --- Lurlena Hargrave <hhax wrote: > Has anyone ever torn a rotator cuff during a > backbend? Guest guest
All I can say is be VERY careful - my friend had that three times and kept practicing through it, and now she may have NO choice but to have surgery...just let it heal and take it easy! --- Susan <sb_ashtangi wrote: > I forgot to mention that once I returned to practice > the shoulder that was sore had opened up nicely for > me > in kapotanasa so it was my body working things out > for > me. ;-) > > --- Heather <hhax wrote: > > I don't think I actually tore it either, just > > injured it.
