ashtanga yoga i may have posted this twice but...

I don't believe I actually tore a rotator cuff, but

when I had a problem with it, my Gonstead method

chiropractor adjusted in a few times a week until it

got better. I also backed off quite a bit. Good luck!

I forgot to mention that once I returned to practice

the shoulder that was sore had opened up nicely for me

in kapotanasa so it was my body working things out for

me. ;-)

All I can say is be VERY careful - my friend had that

three times and kept practicing through it, and now

she may have NO choice but to have surgery...just let

it heal and take it easy!
