Primarily because I find it very hard for me to stay dedicated to a gym and I hate lifting weights but I want to be toned. I was wondering if Ashtanga is a strong cardiovascular workout? Also, is it a strong cardio workout even when your a beginner? Also,when I work out most of the time, I drink a lot of water so that i can sweat it out. With me, when I drink hardly no water, I don't sweat. I was wondering if it's ok to drink water during or before Ashtanga and how much is ok?
