Is there somebody who has more information about, if she doesn't teach ashtanga anymore, or is she still teaching ashtanga also today? Guest guest
I took a yoga teacher training intensive with her in Santa Barbara and she is mostly flow, yin and meditation and not so much ashtanga. She's amazing and helped me with my meditation practice. --- lu_38_de <no_reply> wrote: > Hello ashtangis, > there exists a new video from sarah powers called > "yoga" which is a > blend of ashtanga, iyengar and yin-yoga (Paul > Grilley).
