Guest guest Posted November 8, 2003 Report Share Posted November 8, 2003 Hi Ana, You would practice standing, all of primary, then add on the first posture of second series, pashasana, and do that for a couple of weeks before you add the next posture, krounchasana, and so on. You would probably stop primary when you hit the half way point of second; then end with finishing postures. Once you drop primary you should only practice primary series on Fridays.
