Hi Ana,

You would practice standing, all of primary, then add

on the first posture of second series, pashasana, and

do that for a couple of weeks before you add the next

posture, krounchasana, and so on. You would probably

stop primary when you hit the half way point of

second; then end with finishing postures. Once you

drop primary you should only practice primary series

on Fridays.

 

I hope that helps. That's how my mysore style teacher

does it.
